If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund, with the exception of gift cards and vouchers (subject to applicable law). Unfortunately, no returns will be accepted after this date.
Dazzbox is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not satisfied with any unworn item you purchased for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange.
However， to qualify for a refund，please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation. We need the Original Certificate of Authenticity and/or any other type of certification that may have been sent with the product. The business card and any promotional items/gifts that are sent by Dazzbox with the product for no additional charge can be kept by the buyer. Items that have been damaged, altered, engraved, sized by a jeweler, and custom-made pieces will not be accepted for return. Moreover, the charge for shipping back should be paid by yourself. The recipient or purchaser will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance fees.
A. Step 1: Start by completing the return form of the pack slip that came with your item. Be sure to fill in all information, including the reason for your return and if you'd like to receive an exchange or refund.
B. Step 2: Repack all contents in the original packaging. Some items consist of several parts or pieces. Always return the entire item or set for a replacement or refund. Note: please do not mix jewelry and non-jewelry items.
C. Step 3: Choose a return method:
Option a: Use the Question Return Label provided with your pack slip. If you lost your pack slip, you can print a new one from your Order Status.
Option b: Use a shipping carrier of your choice.
D. Step 4: Cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in. Securely package and insure your returned item. For security reasons, please do not indicate the contents of the package on the outside of the box or the full name of our company. Make sure that your address and name are clearly printed on the box. If you have any questions about returning, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will deal with you questions in one or two days.
We promise to process your return within 30 days of receiving it. However, most of the time we process returns much quicker than this and aim to process them within 7 - 10 days. On your dispatch note you will find a returns sticker with a barcode of your order number. If you make sure to stick this barcode on the outside of your returns parcel, we will scan the parcel when it arrives in our warehouse and send you an email letting you know we have received it along with an update on approximately how long returns are taking to process at that time.
