Product Availability And Pricing

If you're interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently on back order, call us and we can tell you when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes with the volume of orders we receive, an item may go out of stock before we are able to post a notification on the Site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

Data, including prices, may be inaccurately displayed on our Site due to system or typographical errors. While we make every attempt to avoid these errors, they may occur. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they do occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. If a product's listed price is lower than its actual price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping the product or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you agree to either return the product or pay the difference between the actual and charged prices. Our prices are also subject to change without notice. Information On Our Site

At DAZZBOX, we make every attempt to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. In order to give you the opportunity to view our products in great detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our photographs; and since every computer monitor is set differently, color and size may vary slightly.

Our objective is to provide you with as much information and detail about your prospective purchase as possible so that you can see the beauty and shape of a particular item. In compliance with industry standards and FTC regulations, DAZZBOX states that carat total weight in all purchases may vary 0.05 carats from stated weight.

On the Site, we provide the measurement of our products based on our manufacturing specifications. Slight tolerances may be accounted for based on finishing during the manufacturing. Width tolerance on machine made wedding bands of 0.20mm is allowed. Cast manufactured rings can vary slightly more.

For gemstone and pearl measurements, a tolerance of 0.25mm is allowed.

For diamond jewelry set with multiple diamonds, we provide the minimum total carat weight for the piece. Color and clarity grades are expressed as either a minimum or an average depending on the number of diamonds. If stated as a minimum, all diamonds within the piece are at or above the stated quality. If expressed as an average, collectively the quality is equal to or exceeds the grade stated.

Policy On Ethical Sourcing

At Dazzbox, we only purchase diamonds through the largest and most respected suppliers who, like us, proudly adhere to and enforce the standards established by the Kimberley Process, an international system that polices the trade of diamonds to ensure they are from sources free of conflict. Use Of The Site

This license is revocable at any time.

Our Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed or items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days from when it was shipped.You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. Please follow the steps outlined below.

Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days. This policy does not apply to those who already participated our “Dazzplan”-Full Cash Back Plan.

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 8000000000. Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Dazzbox. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt of your order. Dazzbox will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Single Jewelry Items:

Please call a Dazzbox Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at 8000000000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for individual items, and items for exchange, repair, resize, or to report damage or defect. These cannot be set up online and require assistance. We recommend that you securely package your items in original packing materials, fully insured. We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles.

Returns are processed during weekdays once the items have been received at our Fulfillment Center. Following receipt of your returned item, you'll receive a confirmation email, you’ll receive a confirmation email . Please allow an average of 1-2 weeks to finish full processing. Return items will be inspection by our quality assurance department. Goods such as damage marks, modify or change the size ( non DazzBox jeweler changes) or destroyed, cannot be accepted for return. Please allow another 7 - 10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.

Non refundable Items

Engraved jewelry items other than rings may not be returned. Diamonds purchased as part of our Dazzbox Diamond Upgrade Program May not be returned for credit. All DazzBox carved ring can be returned for credit amount, but carving fee are non-refundable. Any transfer or adjust the size of the ring if you want to remove DazzBox sculpture, Removal of Dazzbox engraving from any exchanged or resized ring is free with no additional engraving fee. Special orders are final sales, are not eligible the requirements for the return. No DazzBox returns number of return, we don't receive the return if your return on the basis of cod and without proper packaging or buy insurance package, Missing documents or product returns will not be dealing with.

PayPal Returns

PayPal orders may be returned for credit back to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

The Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please don't use cash on delivery to return. If you have any damage about the order, please contact us prior to returning the items. DazzBox for unauthorized shipping charge shall not make any compensation. Please retain all shipping materials for FedEx pick up and/or inspection.

If we request that you return the merchandise to us, we may reimburse you for full or partial return shipping expenses our discretion. We will not reimburse you for overnight, express or other special services used at your discretion.

After Your Return Is Received By Dazzbox

Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email from DazzBox. System processing occurs Monday through Friday.Please allow our team one business day, up to 24 hours, once the carrier delivers the product into our system.Failure to obtain a Return Authorization code, or include Diamond Grading Report(s) can delay receiving your return. Once entered into our system, your return must be checked and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team. Please allow 2-4 business days for this process. DazzBox will contact you if there are any problems regarding your return. Once inspection is complete, your return will be fully processed. For refunds, please allow an additional 2-4 days. If you are expecting a return shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation the day of the outbound shipment. You can track the status of your return online here. Credits To Your Charge Card

Credit card purchases and PayPal purchases will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase.Please allow up to 2 weeks from the date that Dazzbox has received your return for your account to be credited. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. If you are an International customer and made a purchase of US$1000 or more by using a bank wire, your refund will take approximately 3 weeks from the date of the return's receipt. If you made a purchase under US$1000 by using a bank wire, please allow 3-4 weeks. Bank wire refunds are posted against the original account they originated from.

Cancel Or Change An Order

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call a Dazzbox Diamond and Jewelry Consultant at 800000000. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation.Some changes will result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us to set up a merchandise return once you have received the shipment.

Infringer Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, Dazzbox has adopted a policy of terminating and barring, in appropriate circumstances and at Dazzbox 's sole discretion, site users or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
